Jay Bhole Multiservices functions as an authorized assistance center. We facilitate applications and updates for government documentation (such as PAN Cards, Aadhaar linking, Voter ID) and registrations (such as Shop Act, Udyam MSME, and Company Registration) and support kiosk banking (AePS cash withdrawals, domestic money transfer). We are facilitators assisting citizens in submitting documents to authorized government and bank portals. We do not directly issue certificates, licenses, or control government systems.

2. User Responsibilities & Data Accuracy

When utilizing our services, you agree that:

• You will provide authentic, valid, and legally binding document proofs.
• You will verify that all information entered in application drafts is correct before final submission.
• Jay Bhole Multiservices shall not be held liable for rejections, delays, or legal penalties resulting from fraudulent, incorrect, or forged details provided by you.

3. Fees and Payments

Our payment and refund rules are structured as follows:

• Declared Pricing: All service charges and government fees are discussed and declared upfront prior to processing.
• Non-Refundability: Once an application fee is paid and successfully submitted to government servers or a banking transaction is processed, the charges are non-refundable.

4. Limitation of Liability

Jay Bhole Multiservices makes every effort to ensure fast processing. However, we are not responsible for:

• Downtime or technical errors on government portals (e.g. UIDAI, MahaOnline, Income Tax servers).
• Delays in document approval by government officers or departments.
• Banking transaction failures arising from server issues at third-party banking networks.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Washim, Maharashtra.
